\u2018Tis the Season for Gratitude<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Thanksgiving is a time to gather with loved ones to share our blessings. It signifies a day of appreciation for the gifts that we have received in the year passing.<\/p>\n

For some, the holiday season is a time of great joy. For others, it leads to feelings of anxiety, isolation, and stress.<\/p>\n

With all the loss, trauma<\/a>, and grief that has happened these past few years, it may be hard to feel thankful. Yet the push to feel gratitude is not just a November movement within the \u201ctoxic positivity<\/a>\u201d realm.<\/p>\n

Gratitude is an actual state and practice, and it can bring about many emotional, mental, and physical health benefits. The good news is that it doesn\u2019t have to be a specific month to gain these advantages. Gratitude can be something that is experienced every day.<\/p>\n
