Lavender essential oil has earned its status as the most popular<\/a> oil for good reason. It has been universally praised for its calming effects and versatile uses. It is most well-known for providing nervous system<\/a> support, inducing relaxation, and relieving stress and anxiety. Yet, this oil has many other properties that many are not aware of.<\/p>\n

In fact, lavender oil\u2019s many attributes are so impressive, I\u2019ve written a few essential oil profiles<\/a> solely dedicated<\/a> to it. This famous oil has also made notable appearances in the majority of my essential oils blogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Recently, I was honored to be asked to contribute an article to The Natural Path <\/em>to educate its readers on this essential oil darling. As a result, I accomplished a task that initially was a bit daunting but satisfying. The result was a summary of lavender oil\u2019s many benefits in a single post!<\/p>\n
