In the first<\/a> post of the series, I shared how the multiple actions of essential oils can safeguard our wellness from these harmful substances. They are anti-inflammatory, hormone balancing, stress-relieving, mood supporting, antimicrobial, a digestive aid, and antioxidants (cellular protectors).<\/p>\n

Next, I reviewed<\/a> how to use essential oils to safely keep our homes clean, decrease chemical exposure, and boost our health. This was through incorporating them into our sanitizing products, personalized scent signatures<\/a>, and perfumes.<\/p>\n
