You just need to know what to add to your plate to optimally fuel your mind. Let&#8217;s dive in more&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food and Health<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/health.clevelandclinic.org\/how-does-nutrigenomics-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nutrigenomics<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41591-024-02891-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">epidemiological<\/a> research show that dietary changes can enhance physical, <a href=\"https:\/\/neurosciencenews.com\/mind-diet-brain-aging-29194\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cognitive<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32989449\/\">brain<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s44220-024-00226-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">health<\/a>. However, conflicting information complicates optimizing cognitive function through diet.<\/p>\n<p>In my previous <a href=\"https:\/\/dr-lobisco.com\/eating-for-your-brain-part-1-sorting-through-conflicting-information-on-health-and-how-to-nourish-your-brain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a> blog, we covered how food fuels the brain and how to boost cognition by avoiding harmful chemicals and toxins.<\/p>\n<p>My latest <a href=\"https:\/\/dr-lobisco.com\/eating-for-your-brain-part-2-the-top-foods-for-better-brain-power-cognition-and-mood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">post<\/a> summarizes those points and expands on how nutrients affect brain function.
