All, including the first<br \/>\nfloor of the Keenan Building, have commercial<br \/>\nand retail space available for leasing.<\/p>\n<p>The historic Keenan mixed-use building offers 14 apartments with lofted ceilings and grand windows. There are a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans consisting of six one bedroom apartments of 650-900 square feet and eight two-bedroom apartments of 750-1300 square feet. New tenants were occupying the space as of March 1.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The renovation of The Keenan Building is the start of an exciting phase of the redevelopment of downtown Troy,&#8221; said the mayor. &#8220;We look forward to working with Sonny on his River Street properties to continue the momentum the city is experiencing.
