As a result, the $3,300<br \/>\nraised could result in up to $33,000 worth of food<br \/>\nfor the community, bank officials said.<\/p>\n<p>The event included a balloon-release ceremony with Schuylerville National Honor Society students, SAFER volunteers and a Schuylerville kindergarten class to acknowledge SAFER&#8217;s commitment to ending hunger.<\/p>\n<p>There was also entertainment by Tenpenny Bit and Lydia Martin, lunch from Mac&#8217;s Diner, games and giveaways.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> The Schuylerville office of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. raised thousands of dollars for the Schuylerville Area Food and Emergency Relief Group (SAFER) as part of its 40th anniversary celebration.
