The firm of Melinda Bucknam CPA, PC,
\nthat has been serving local businesses such
\nas restaurants, construction companies, and
\nprofessional service firms in the Saratoga
\nSprings area for over 20 years, has announced
\nthe addition of a new partner, Dawn Rodecker,
\nCPA. Togeher, they have formed a new firm
\nBucknam & Rodecker CPAs.<\/p>\n

Both Bucknam and Rodecker are active in
\nthe Saratoga, Wilton, and Greenfield communities.<\/p>\n

They first met in 2007 when Rodecker
\nstarted her own accounting business and had
\nreached out to Bucknam to introduce herself as
\nanother professional woman in the accounting
\nindustry in Saratoga.<\/p>\n

Through the years, they have maintained a working relationship and in January of this year decided to form their new partnership Bucknam & Rodecker CPAs, with offices located in Wilton and Greenfield.<\/p>\n

Rodecker earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a business minor, followed by a master’s degree in public administration\/ public finance.<\/p>\n

She has more than 20 years of diversified and extensive experience in accounting and administration that includes maintaining client financial accounts; processing payroll, benefits, and journal entries; producing monthly and year-end financial statements; analyzing financial data and preparing individual and business tax returns.<\/p>\n

She has a strong business sense and uses this ability to assist her clients in achieving their goals. Rodecker said she enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their businesses, and helping them thrive.<\/p>\n
