Fischer advises clients in the areas of estate planning, taxation, asset protection planning, estate and trust administration and settlement. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Tri- County United Way and assists the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.<\/p>\n

Fischer is admitted to practice in New York state and is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Tax Section; Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law and Special Needs Section); the Albany County Bar Association; the Warren County Bar Association; the Washington County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York Inc.<\/p>\n

Mangini will assist with media relations,
\ncommunications and marketing efforts for the

\nMangini served as director of communications
\nfor the office of state Sen. Catharine
\nM. Young. His public affairs and public relations
\nbackground also includes a role as field
\ndirector for the Roy McDonald state Senate
\ncampaign in 2012 and various positions with

Mangini also spent nearly four years as
\nan account executive with public relations
\nfirm Eric Mower + Associates, where he
\ncreated and implemented media relations,

\nnew pulmonologist, Dr. Robert Shih-Ning

Wang, received his medical degree from
\nSUNY Buffalo. Wang completed his residency
\ntraining in both pediatrics and internal medicine,
\nfollowed by fellowship training in pulmonary
\nand critical care medicine, at Albany
\nMedical Center.<\/p>\n

He is board certified by the American
\nBoard of Pediatrics, the American Board of
\nInternal Medicine, the American Board of
\nPulmonary Disease, the American Board of
\nCritical Care Medicine, and the American
\nBoard of Sleep Medicine. Wang, a member
\nof the Saratoga Regional Medical Group,

Raymond O’Conor<\/strong> was appointed chief

O’Conor has 30 years of experience in the
\nfinancial services industry, most recently having
\nserved as president and CEO of Saratoga

\nthe Saratoga County Planning Board, deputy
