To Lease Space To Open Branch In Colonie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Saratoga National Bank and Trust Co.<br \/>\nannounced plans for an eighth location in<br \/>\nthe town of Colonie.<br \/>\nThe bank will be leasing a 2,800-squarefoot<br \/>\nspace at 501 New Karner Road in the<br \/>\nRosewood Plaza.<\/p>\n<p>Bank officials said the new banking office<br \/>\nwill feature a full range of financial services<br \/>\nas well as a lobby, drive-in lane and ATM.<\/p>\n<p>Pending all regulatory approvals, it is<br \/>\nexpected to open later this year and will<br \/>\nbe staffed by a manager, two tellers and a<br \/>\ncommercial lending officer. <\/p>\n<p>The Colonie office marks Saratoga National Bank&#8217;s second new location in a year and its first outside of Saratoga County. President and CEO David S. DeMarco said expanding to Clifton Park last spring opened the door to new banking relationships in the Capital Region, which the Bank will further develop with this move.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A Colonie branch will further establish our presence in the growing Capital Region,&#8221; DeMarco said. &#8220;Our style of true community banking has been well-received in Clifton Park, and we are excited to deliver it to the residents and businesses of Albany County.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Saratoga National Bank currently provides banking, investment, insurance and other financial services through seven Saratoga County banking offices, as well as mobile and online channels.
