DeLuke<\/p>\n<p>DCG Development Co. and Homewood<br \/>\nSuites by Hilton broke ground in late April on a<br \/>\nnew four-story, 96-suite residential-style hotel.<br \/>\nThe project is located in the southwest<br \/>\nparking area of Clifton Park Center. DCG owns<br \/>\nClifton Park Center.<\/p>\n<p>Bast Hatfield is the general contractor, as<br \/>\nit is on the Embassy Suites Hotel being built<br \/>\nby DCG in Congress Plaza in Saratoga Springs.<br \/>\nThe Clifton Park project is expected to be<br \/>\ncompleted in early 2015.<\/p>\n<p>There is already a Hilton Garden Inn at Clifton<br \/>\nPark Center Mall, but officials said the two<br \/>\nare not in competition. The current 104-room<br \/>\nHilton Garden Inn is a traditional hotel for<br \/>\novernight guests, opened by DCG in 2011. The<br \/>\nnew Homewood Suites by Hilton is for extended<br \/>\nstays. The rooms will include a full kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will have a pool, and a fitness center. It will also have one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, separate sleeping and living spaces, work space, complimentary Internet service, a daily hot breakfast, and evening dinner and drinks Monday through Thursday. A grocery shopping service will be made available.<\/p>\n<p>According to DCG, no public restaurant is planned for the business.
