Keller Williams Realty in Saratoga Springs
\nwill become Equitas Realty, an independent
\nbrokerage firm, in August.<\/p>\n
Janet Besheer, an award-winning agent
\nturned broker and owner, opened the firm as
\na Keller Williams franchise in 2008 and grew
\nthe brokerage into the second largest in the
\nSaratoga Springs market by agent count; vying
\nfor fourth in total revenue with several of the
\nother major franchise offices.<\/p>\n
In 2013 she recruited Justin White who
\nbrings management experience in the software
\nindustry and years of experience in the real
\nestate business. White will serve as managing
\ndirector of Equitas Realty.<\/p>\n
