Don Greene, sole proprietor of DCG Development
\nCo., announced that DCG will be
\nconstructing a fifth, free-standing building
\nat the Tech Valley Flex Park property in
\nRound Lake this summer.<\/p>\n

This 23,000-square-foot,mixed-use structure
\nwill offer both office and warehouse
\nspace available for lease, said Greene.<\/p>\n

Located just four miles from the Global-
\nFoundries Tech Park, near Northway Exit
\n10, it will offer tenants convenient access to
\npoints north and south along the Northway
\nand the developing technology region, DCG
\nofficials said.<\/p>\n

Greene said warehouse spaces will
\ncome equipped with 20-foot-high ceilings,
\nboth overhead and separate entry doors, a
\nhandicapped-accessible restroom, gas heat
\nand a sprinkler system.<\/p>\n

Construction of this new office and
\nwarehouse building is expected to be
\ncompleted in time for some occupancy
\navailabilities in the fall, according to
\ncompany officials.<\/p>\n
