The Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market<\/strong> is
\nopen for the season and runs through Oct. 18,
\norganizers said.<\/p>\n

The market takes place every Thursday from
\n3-6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.
\nThe market located in Wiswall Park, at the
\ncorner of Front Street and Low Street in the
\nVillage of Ballston Spa.<\/p>\n

The market season was extended into October
\nso customers will have the opportunity to
\npurchase more fall produce.<\/p>\n

In addition to bringing local produce, plants,
\ngourmet foods, baked goods and craft items
\ninto the village, the market teamed up with
\nseveral organizations, club, and businesses to
\ncreate fun events for kids that will be offered
\nfree of charge.<\/p>\n

These activities will take place at the Saturday
\nmorning markets, which will also feature
\nlive acoustic music by local musicians. Through
\nAug. 28, the Thursday markets are directly followed
\nby the free Concerts in the Park.<\/p>\n
