Tickets for the 2014 Saratoga Showcase of
\nHomes are now on sale.
\nThe 2014 Saratoga Showcase of Homes is
\npresented over three weekends, Sept. 20-21, Sept.
\n27-28 and Oct. 4-5, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are
\n$20. This year’s edition has 14 locations from 13
\nbuilders.<\/p>\n
Tickets are available at Adirondack Trust Co.,
\nSaratoga National Bank and Trustco Bank locations,
\nCurtis Lumber in Ballston Spa, Realty USA
\noffices in Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs, and
\nRoohan Realty in Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n
Tickets can also be purchased online at www.saratogashowcaseofhomes.com and are available
\nat any showcase home during tour hours. Again this
\nyear, each showcase ticket holder will receive a free
\nshoe\/tote bag at the first home visited.<\/p>\n
Participating award-winning builders are Bella
\nHome Builders, Belmonte Builders, BCI Construction,
\nBonacio Construction, Classic Homes,
\nHeritage Custom Builders, Malta Development,
\nPolito Homes, Richbell Capital, Saratoga Builders,
\nTraditional Builders, VanVeghten Construction and
\nWitt Construction.<\/p>\n
Also part of the event is the Showcase Chefs
\n“Comforts of Home” evening, on Friday, Sept. 19, from 5-10 p.m. Visitors can tour the homes and
\nsample comfort foods from many popular local restaurants.
\nTickets for that night are $25 each. Due
\nto the nature of the event, quantities will be limited.
\nA $40 combo ticket includes the Showcase Chefs
\nevent and Saratoga Showcase of Homes ticket.<\/p>\n
The Comforts of Home event will feature eight
\nchefs: Scott Ringwood of Lake Ridge Restaurant at
\nBella Home Builders; Carla Kuchar of Zest Chefs
\nat Belmonte Builders; James Frese of Pasta Pane
\nat Witt Construction; Pat Longton of The Wishing
\nWell at Classic Homes; John LaPosta of Maestro’s at
\nMalta Development; Tom Dillon of Jack Dillon’s at
\nBCI Construction; Brady Duhame of 15 Church at
\nPolito Homes; and Sandra Foster of Villago Pizzeria
\n& Ristorante at Traditional Builders.<\/p>\n
Now celebrating its 19th year, this annual community
\nevent has contributed over $825,000 to
\nlocal charities. Proceeds will benefit Rebuilding
\nTogether Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity
\nof Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington
\nCounties.<\/p>\n
