The<br \/>\nstyle merges the use of color, texture, lighting<br \/>\nand art with technology, engineering and materials<br \/>\nto create highly functional smart spaces<br \/>\nthat serve as both a haven and an inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>She said the company is collaborating with<br \/>\narchitects, suppliers, artists, designers and<br \/>\nbuilding contractors regionally, nationally<br \/>\nand internationally, a network that Fox built<br \/>\nduring her 23-year tenure in the engineering<br \/>\nindustry and as a community activist.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Building a new space or renovating an<br \/>\nolder one always starts with a vision. We will<br \/>\nbring together teams that understand both<br \/>\naesthetics and functionality and manage those<br \/>\nprojects in a way that provides a superior<br \/>\nprocess and end result,&#8221; said Fox.<\/p>\n<p>One prominent component of the firm is<br \/>\nits ability to source unique artistic signature<br \/>\nlighting, which the company will sell<br \/>\nseparately or as part of its design services,<br \/>\nshe noted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are bringing lighting to this area that<br \/>\nsimply has not been seen before,&#8221; said Fox.<br \/>\n&#8220;We believe that lighting is one of the most<br \/>\nimportant components of creating extraordinary<br \/>\nspaces, and we want our clients to have<br \/>\naccess to the most beautiful and innovative<br \/>\nlighting available.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sensory Six will also focus on creating<br \/>\nspaces that promote health and wellness because<br \/>\npeople spend over 90 percent of their<br \/>\ntime indoors, said Fox.<br \/>\nThe firm will design and build healthy<br \/>\nspaces through organic furnishings and materials; use of natural light; bringing nature<br \/>\ninto the home; and incorporating the latest<br \/>\ntechnology in water, air and light therapy,<br \/>\nsound abatement and bacteria prevention.<\/p>\n<p>Fox said there is strong demand in the category<br \/>\nof health and wellness, as people today<br \/>\nare more focused on longevity and improved<br \/>\nquality of life. Spas have been interested in<br \/>\nthis area for a long time, and Fox sees the potential<br \/>\nto extend health and wellness concepts<br \/>\nto other hospitality businesses, residences,<br \/>\nand offices.<\/p>\n<p>Sensory Six is following the trend of providing<br \/>\nresidential and commercial clients with<br \/>\nturn-key solutions through the increasingly<br \/>\npopular design-build model.
