The program selects<br \/>\nup to 24 people each year to participate in an<br \/>\nintensive nine-month training program designed<br \/>\nto teach skills for stronger leadership,<br \/>\ngroup dynamics, and issues facing Saratoga<br \/>\nCounty and area nonprofits.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Class of 2015 are: Joe<br \/>\nAnderson (Northwestern Mutual), Karen<br \/>\nCharbonneau (Realty USA), Andrew Collar<br \/>\n(National Grid), Julie Cuneo, Pam Darcangelo<br \/>\n(Gilead Sciences), Dave Dittmer (Bechtel<br \/>\nMarine Propulsion Corp.), Collin Donohoue<br \/>\n(KAPL), Jen Ferriss (Southern Adirondack<br \/>\nLibrary System), Leah Ferrone (Saratoga<br \/>\nCenter for the Family), Raj Ghoshal (Polyset<br \/>\nCo.), Jim Ireland (Ballston Spa National<br \/>\nBank), Kate Jarosh (Bonacio Construction),<br \/>\nJess Kerley (GlobalFoundries), Brian Martin<br \/>\n(The Initiatives Group), Ed Martin (Lavelle &amp;<br \/>\nFinn LLP), Christine Mastrianni, Jim Norton<br \/>\n(Stewart&#8217;s Shops Corp.), Greg Phillips (First<br \/>\nNational Bank of Scotia), Ryan Riper (Town<br \/>\nof Wilton), Joe Santiago (Clifton Park and<br \/>\nHalfmoon EMS), Lorrie Shilling (The Wesley<br \/>\nCommunity), Paul von Schenk (Adirondack<br \/>\nTrust Insurance) and Dianne Winter (Caffe<br \/>\nLena).<\/p>\n<p>Participants will work on group projects<br \/>\nto benefit four area nonprofits; AIM Services,<br \/>\nThe Brookside Museum, The Franklin Community<br \/>\nCenter and the Saratoga Rowing<br \/>\nAssociation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> Leadership Saratoga, a program of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, is operating its 28th session.
