\npresident Belinda Cross Kucharski<\/strong>
\nto Saratoga regional manager.<\/p>\n

Cross Kucharski
\nwill oversee daily
\nactivities, human resources
\nand sales performance at all eight
\nSaratoga National offices, working with each
\nteam to help them reach their goals. She most
\nrecently served as branch manager of the
\nClifton Park office.<\/p>\n

She has over 24 years of banking experience
\nin the Capital Region and North Country.
\nShe graduated from Ausable Valley High
\nSchool and has an associate’s degree in business
\nadministration from Clinton Community
\nCollege.<\/p>\n

Cross Kucharski serves on CAPTAIN Youth
\nand Family Services’ executive board, the
\nChamber of Southern Saratoga County’s
\nEducation and Business Committee, and
\nis involved with the Chamber’s Angels and
\nAmbassador programs.<\/p>\n

\nJanet Herter<\/strong> joined the Thoroughbred
\nRetirement Foundation as its
\nchief financial officer
\nand vice president of
\noperations. The foundation
\nhas provided
\nhomes for more than
\n4,000 former racehorses
\nover its 31-year
\nhistory.<\/p>\n

A resident of Troy, Herter has worked as
\nconsulting CFO for a number of businesses,
\nmost recently Ulster\/Greene ARC in Kingston,
\nRejuveness Pharmaceutical in Saratoga
\nSprings, Max London’s and Mrs. London’s
\nBakery in Saratoga Springs and Bakery and
\nBeverly. Additionally, she was the consulting
\nCFO at the Rensselaerville Institute and
\nInterim CFO at The Albany Academy.<\/p>\n

She was also CFO\/COO for Logical Net
\nCorp. in Schenectady, CFO of SEFCU as
\nwell as Wind River Environmental LLC in
\nHudson, Mass.<\/p>\n

\nReform Pilates Club
\nannounced that Jen
\nPerry<\/strong> and Annmarie
\nGuglielmo<\/strong> recently
\njoined its team of instructors.<\/p>\n

They have been
\nthrough the Romana’s
\npilates certification
\nprogram in New York
\nCity.<\/p>\n

Perry began taking regular pilates lessons
\nfive years ago. She is an active community volunteer,
\nserving on several non-profit boards
\nthroughout Saratoga County. She is a former
\nvice president of community development for
\nthe Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n

Perry is a Skidmore graduate and studied
\nballet for almost 20 years.<\/p>\n

Guglielmo graduated from Saratoga
\nSprings High School and played on the varsity
\nteam for field hockey and lacrosse. She then
\nwent to Plymouth State college in New Hampshire where she played Lacrosse, majored in
\ncommunications and a minor in art history.<\/p>\n

She coached a girls lacrosse team at
\nPlymouth Regional High School in New
\nHampshire, and did event planning and group
\nsales for the town square in Waterville Valley,
\nN.H. She moved to Boston for three years
\nwhere she did human resources at a seafood
\nwholesaler. When she moved back home to
\nSaratoga Springs, she worked in retail, human
\nresources and catering.<\/p>\n

\nFingerpaint has added Eric Oswald<\/strong> to its
\ncreative team.<\/p>\n

Oswald joins Fingerpaint from Sposto Interactive,
\nwhere he served as lead interactive
\ndesigner and art director. While there, he supervised
\nweb design and technical execution
\non interactive projects for NikonUSA, State
\nFarm, Kaspersky Lab, Yahoo! and Scripps
\nNetworks.<\/p>\n

Prior to Sposto Interactive, Oswald was an
\nassociate art director at Idea Lab, responsible
\nfor web and print design projects.
\nOswald earned his BFA degree in communication
\ndesign from Kutztown University.<\/p>\n

Charles E Martin<\/strong>, a financial representative
\nof Northwestern Mutual, in Saratoga
\nSprings, qualified for the NAIFA Quality
\nAward from the National Association of Insurance
\nand Financial Advisors.<\/p>\n

The award recognizes professionalism,
\nproduction, adherence to the NAIFA Code of
\nEthics, and service to the industry association. This is the 28th time he has earned the
\nhonor.<\/p>\n

Martin, who received a bachelor of science
\ndegree from Clarkson University, has
\nbeen associated with Northwestern Mutual
\nsince 1983.<\/p>\n

\nVincent “Vinny” Kostolni<\/strong>, LMHC, CASAC,
\nto its mental health counseling staff.<\/p>\n

Kostolini has seven years of experience,
\nas a state-licensed mental health counselor,
\nas well as a credentialed alcoholism and
\nsubstance abuse counselor (CASAC) through
\nthe state Office of Alcohol and Substance
\nAbuse Services.<\/p>\n

After serving for 21 years as a police officer
\nand sergeant with the New York Police
\nDepartment, he earned his master’s degree
\nin mental health counseling from the Post
\nCampus of LIU in Brookville, N.Y.<\/p>\n

He is also a certified Gestalt therapist.<\/p>\n

Jeffrey D. Palmer<\/strong>, principal at Gordon
\nCreek Elementary School in Ballston Spa,
\nwill be the new principal at the Maple Avenue
\nMiddle School in Saratoga Springs, effective
\nJan. 1. He replaces Stuart Byrne, who will
\nretire effective Dec. 31.<\/p>\n

Palmer began his professional career in
\n2001 as a sixth grade teacher in the Albany
\nCity School District. He served as an assistant
\nprincipal and a principal at Greenville
\nMiddle School in Greenville, N.Y. from 2007
\nto 2009.<\/p>\n

Palmer earned a bachelor’s degree in history
\nfrom SUNY Albany in 1998, a master’s
\ndegree in elementary education from the
\nCollege of Saint Rose in 2001 and a certificate
\nof advance study in educational administration
\nfrom the College of Saint Rose in 2007.<\/p>\n

He holds a professional certificate from New
\nYork state as a school district leader, a provisional
\ncertificate as a school administrator,
\nand permanent certification as an elementary
\neducation teacher.<\/p>\n

Saratoga Hospital welcomed pathologist
\nDr. Josenia Narcisa Tan<\/strong>, MT (ASCP), to its
\nmedical staff. She joined Saratoga Pathology
\nPC, located at Saratoga Hospital.<\/p>\n

Dr. Tan earned her medical degree from
\nFar Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical
\nFoundation, Manila, Philippines, completed
\nan internship at Metropolitan Medical Center,
\nManila, Philippines, a residency and a
\ncytopathology fellowship at Boston University
\nMedical Center, Boston.<\/p>\n

Two administrators from the Saratoga
\nSprings City School District were selected to
\nbe a part of the College Board’s 2014 Chinese
\nBridge Delegation.<\/p>\n

Joseph Greco<\/strong>, K-12 director of math,
\nscience and technology integration and
\nFreya Mercer<\/strong>, K-12 director of humanities
\nintegration, will be traveling to Beijing and
\nJiangsu Province in mid-November with the
\ndelegation.<\/p>\n

The program itinerary focuses on visiting
\nChinese K-12 schools and observing
\nclassrooms, establishing partnerships with
\nChinese education institutions, and attending
\npresentations on best practices to build
\nand support Chinese language and culture
\nprograms.<\/p>\n

Max London’s restaurant in Saratoga
\nSprings announced the addition of a new
\ngeneral manager, Charlotte Guyton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Guyton is responsible for managing the
\ndaily operations of the restaurant and bar,
\nincluding training of service staff, wine list
\nselection and maintenance and overall level
\nof service.<\/p>\n

Guyton entered the hospitality industry in
\n2005 and since then has assumed multiple
\nroles including serving, cooking, management
\nof quick service establishments to fine
\ndining and luxury restaurants. Most recently,
\nshe served as the specialty foods manager
\nand wine\/beer purchaser at Healthy Living
\nMarket and Caf\u00c3\u00a9 in Wilton Mall.<\/p>\n

A Buffalo, NY native, Guyton resides in
\nSaratoga Springs. She attended Paul Smith’s
\nCollege in the Adirondacks and studied hotel,
\nresort and tourism with a concentration in
\nfood and beverage operations and business
\nmanagement operations. She also holds a
\ndegree in baking and pastry arts.<\/p>\n

\nFingerpaint has added Nick McDowell<\/strong>
\nand Ian DeMeritt<\/strong> to its creative and medical
\nteams.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Fingerpaint’s creative
\nteam, Nick McDowell was a senior copywriter
\nfor Palio+Ignite, where he worked
\non multichannel offerings in the HIV, MS,
\nand adherence categories. He also served as
\nsenior digital copywriter for New York City’s
\nGrey Healthcare Group, spearheading the
\nagency’s efforts with interactive applications
\nand websites for Colgate Total, Abraxane, and
\nInvega Sustenna.<\/p>\n

McDowell graduated from the University of
\nColorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in
\ncreative writing and a minor in biology.<\/p>\n

\nDeMeritt was hired to lead Fingerpaint’s
\nmedical team. An accomplished virologist,
\nDeMeritt was formerly medical director
\nfor Palio+Ignite, where he provided strategic
\nmedical direction and content for the
\nagency’s pharmaceutical and molecular
\ndiagnostic products. He also served as assistant
\nscientific director for Paradigm Medical
\nCommunications .\n<\/div>\n

DeMeritt earned his Ph.D. in microbiology
\nand immunology at Louisiana State University
\nHealth Sciences Center, and his bachelor’s
\ndegrees in biology and interdisciplinary studies
