All orders<br \/>\nare to-go, and the business also can also cater<br \/>\nevents.<\/p>\n<p>The main feature on the menu is the falafel,<br \/>\na deep-fried chickpea patty. But there are other<br \/>\nitems on the menu, including wraps, salads, and<br \/>\ndesserts. The majority of the food is homemade, using fresh ingredients, she said.<br \/>\n&#8220;This is a unique cuisine we have,&#8221; said Samman.<br \/>\n&#8220;There are not a lot of similar restaurants.&#8221;<br \/>\nSamman said his favorite dish is the falafel<br \/>\nwrap, consisting of a pita stuffed with falafel<br \/>\npatties, fresh vegetables and a zesty tahini<br \/>\nyogurt sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can choose from other items such<br \/>\nas grilled chicken kabobs, hummus with pita<br \/>\nchips, or baklava for dessert.<\/p>\n<p>All items on the menu are priced below $10.<br \/>\nSamman said she tries to keep prices affordable<br \/>\nfor college students and diners on a budget.<br \/>\nSince moving to Saratoga Springs, Samman<br \/>\nsaid she has received a lot of positive feedback<br \/>\nfrom customers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re really surprised how welcoming everybody<br \/>\nhas been. People keep saying, &#8216;We&#8217;re so<br \/>\nexcited somebody has opened a falafel place&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As the restaurant settles into their new location,<br \/>\nthey will have more regular hours.<br \/>\nFalafel Den opens every day at 11 am.
