\n21, High Peaks Realty, has joined their office
\nin Lake Placid, New York.<\/p>\n
Mike Damp, broker\/owner of Century 21
\nHigh Peaks Realty, said as the real estate market
\ncontinues to consolidate, and consumers
\nare demanding higher quality marketing services,
\nhe saw an opportunity to offer an increased
\nlevel of service and exposure to his agents and
\nclients in the region by joining Sotheby.<\/p>\n
His company has offices in Lake Placid and
\nSaranac Lake.<\/p>\n
Damp, a native of Lake Placid, brings to Select
\nSotheby’s International Realty 30 years of
\nReal Estate expertise and nine agents and staff.<\/p>\n

\nto improve, I saw an opportunity to offer my
\nclients and agents global exposure as an enhancement
\nto our existing marketing toolset,”

The merger brings nine new agents to the
