Ballston Spa National Bank recently
\npartnered with bank customers to provide
\nassistance to area food pantries. During the
\nbank’s fifth annual food drive, customers gave
\nnearly $3,400 in monetary donations and in
\nresponse BSNB provided a matching gift of
\n$3,400.<\/p>\n
The combined total of $6,800 benefits
\ntwelve organizations located across the
\nregion. Non-perishable food items were also
\ncollected and donated.<\/p>\n
The food pantries benefitting from the
\nfood drive are: Christ Episcopal Church Food
\nPantry, Christ’s Cupboard – First Baptist
\nChurch, United Methodist Church – Ballston
\nSpa, Saratoga Economic Opportunity Council,
\nCAPTAIN Food Pantry, Malta Community
\nCenter, Greenfield Food Pantry, United Methodist
\nChurch – Burnt Hills, Shenendehowa
\nHelping Hands Food Pantry, Greater Galway
\nCommunity Services Association, Stillwater
