\ncounty homes since 2010, has teamed with
\nBread Basket Bakery to add baked goods
\nto its delivery system.<\/p>\n
“It only makes sense for us to team up
\nwith Battenkill Creamery. The quality of
\ntheir product exceeds their competitors
\nand we believe our breads exceed the standards
\nof any bakery in Saratoga county,”
\nsaid Matthew Tallman, partner at the
\nBread Basket Bakery.<\/p>\n
The bakery operates two different locations–
\nits flagship store at 65 Spring
\nSt. in Saratoga Springs and a shop a few
\nblocks away at the Saratoga Springs Public
\nLibrary on Henry Street.<\/p>\n

Tallman said the Bread Basket has
\nexpanded in many ways since their inception
\nin 1990. The bakery served up mostly
\nbreads, cakes, and desserts for their first
\n14 years. Then they began serving lunch
\ndaily and later added breakfast sandwiches
\nand an expanded lunch menu with soups,
\nsalads, quiche and chicken pot pie.<\/p>\n
