The Ballston Spa Education Foundation
\n(BSEF) will hold its annual fundraiser, “A
\nTaste of Ballston Spa,” on Monday, April 20 from
\n6-8 p.m. at the HVCC TEC Smart Campus, 345
\nHermes Road in Malta.<\/p>\n
Guests will be able to sample offerings from
\nsome of the area’s popular restaurants and food
\nvendors, including Sunset Cafe, Ripe Tomato,
\nAugie’s, Fifty South, Alaturco, Local 388 Burger
\nBar. A cash bar, with wine and beer, provided
\nby Fifty South, will be available. There will be a
\nraffle for gift baskets and other prizes from Lake
\nGeorge Steamship Company, Willard Mountain,
\nHowe Caverns and more.<\/p>\n
The event raises money for educational
\nenrichment for all students in the Ballston Spa
\nSchool District. Since its inception in 1996, the
\nfoundation has awarded over $320,000 in grants
\nfor programs, projects, technology and classroom
\nequipment which enhance the learning experiences
\nof students in grades K-12.<\/p>\n
Early-bird tickets for $25 per person are
\navailable for sale at www.bspaedfoundation.com.
\nTickets will also be sold at the door for $30 per
