The town of Wilton can expect completion
\nof a new custom housing development some
\ntime in the spring of 2016.<\/p>\n
Ron Taylor, owner of R.J. Taylor Builders,
\nsaid the East Ridge Development will showcase
\n17 three-quarter-acre lots. They will contain
\nsingle-family homes with three and four
\nbedrooms, all in the Saratoga School District.<\/p>\n
East Ridge will be located off of Louden
\nRoad in the town of Wilton. Construction will
\nbegin in the fall, he said.<\/p>\n
Taylor said the 2,400-square-foot homes
\nare all customized and designed by his wife,
\nJoann, who is vice president of the company.
\nThe development has public water and
\nsewer systems, as well as natural gas hookups.
\n“We do have some local sub-contractors
\nthat we will be working with, but the design of the homes is mostly done by us,” said Taylor.<\/p>\n
R.J. Taylor is a family run business with
\nover 30 years of experience with the local
\nmarket. They specialize in building custom
\nhomes that are centered around making each
\ncustomer feel individual and special.<\/p>\n
Taylor said they understand that each
\ncustomer is different and a home should
\nbe a reflection of that. Taylor said existing
\nplans can be modified according to the new
\nhomeowners needs. His company is involved
\nin every phase of construction, from lot selections
\nto siding colors and styles.<\/p>\n
