HomeBridge Financial Services’ new offices at 125 High Rock Ave.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc., a
\nresidential mortgage lender, has relocated
\nits Capital Region headquarters from Colonie
\nto downtown Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n

The new office can be found at 125 High
\nRock Ave., Suite. 202, in the historic Van
\nRaalte Mill building.<\/p>\n

Staffed by branch sales manager and
\nmortgage loan originator Heidi Ives and
\nmortgage loan originator Christian LaBier,
\nthe new office location allows for further
\nexpansion of the HomeBridge organization
\ninto Upstate New York and New Jersey,
\ncompany officials said.<\/p>\n

“We are thrilled with our new space in
\nSaratoga Springs,” said Ives. “At Home-
\nBridge, we pride ourselves on impeccable
\ncustomer service. The central location
\nof this new office allows us to provide
\noutstanding service to our customers
\nthroughout the Capital Region.”<\/p>\n

Along with their new Saratoga Springs
\noffice space, HomeBridge plans to add
\nstaff and is seeking interested people,
\nsaid Ives.<\/p>\n

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc.
\nofficials said it is one of the nation’s largest
\nprivately held, non-bank lenders, with
\nnearly 1,400 associates in more than 90 offices
\nacross the country. Headquartered in
\nIselin, N.J., HomeBridge’s sole business is
\nfacilitating and securing home mortgages through its retail and wholesale divisions.<\/p>\n
