Morgan has been

\nwell as the national landscape, her efforts have
\nbeen rooted in digital and design work including
\nworking alongside the Chamber as its freelance

With last year’s Chamber website transformation

\nfor membership, Morgan was added to
\nbetter serve members and continue to build

A business owner herself, Morgan is the

SUNY Empire State College appointed Clayton
\nA. Steen<\/strong> as vice president of enrollment
\nmanagement and marketing, effective Sept. 1.<\/p>\n

Steen has more than 18 years of experience in
\nhigher education and currently serves as assistant
\nvice president for enrollment management
\nat Bowie State University, Bowie, Md.<\/p>\n

Steen will provide vision and strategic direction
\nfor SUNY Empire’s marketing, recruitment
\nand retention programs and initiatives. He also
\nwill be responsible for developing, implementing
\nand overseeing strategic and multidimensional
\nmarketing, recruitment and retention strategies
\nfor nontraditional undergraduate and graduate
\nstudents.<\/p>\n

He holds two SUNY degrees, a doctorate in
\nculture, policy and society, and a bachelor of
\narts in social sciences, both from SUNY Buffalo.
\nHe earned a master’s in education from Medaille
\nCollege, Buffalo.<\/p>\n

Steen was the senior manager for enrollment
\nperformance management for the U.S. and
\ninternational campuses at Laureate Education
\nInc. and was director of Stevenson University’s
\nSchool of Graduate and Professional Studies. At
\nD’Youville College, Buffalo, he was director of
\nboth the MBA program and Advance, an accelerated
\nadult degree completion program.<\/p>\n

Cheryl Dalton<\/strong>, the district’s director of transportation
\nfor the Saratoga Springs City School
\nDistrict, received the Art Shock Award from the
\nNew York Association for Pupil Transportation
\n(NYAPT).<\/p>\n

The award, given to a director who has demonstrated
\noutstanding service and dedication to
\nstudent transportation, is the highest honor that
\nNYAPT bestows.<\/p>\n

Dalton has worked for the Saratoga Springs
\nCity School District since 2006 and in the transportation
\nindustry for over 25 years. She has
\nearned many certifications, including that of
\n19-A examiner, school bus driver instructor, and
\nNYAPT certified director of pupil transportation.<\/p>\n

At the 2012 NYAPT conference was presented
\nwith a President’s Award for service as chairperson
\nof the state bus rodeo. In addition, Dalton has
\nserved as a chapter president for the Capital Area
\nChapter of NYAPT.<\/p>\n

Saratoga Hospital recently welcomed Linda
\nHill<\/strong>, DO, and Maggie Caiazza<\/strong>, APRN-BC, ANP,
\nFNP, to its medical staff.<\/p>\n

Both Hill and Caiazza practice at Saratoga
\nMidwifery and Women’s Primary Care, a service
\nof Saratoga Regional Medical PC, an affiliate of
\nSaratoga Hospital. The practice is located at
\n2911 Route 9, Ballston Spa.<\/p>\n

Dr. Hill is board certified in family medicine.
\nShe earned her medical degree from Des
\nMoines College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery
\nin Des Moines, Iowa, and completed both
\nan internship and residency at Brighton Medical
\nCenter in Portland, Maine. Prior to joining
\nSaratoga Midwifery and Women’s Primary Care,
\nshe worked at the Community Health Centers
\nof the Rutland region in Vermont.<\/p>\n

A family nurse practitioner, Caiazza earned
\na bachelor’s degree in nursing from SUNY
\nInstitute of Technology, a master’s degree as
\nan adult nurse practitioner at Columbia University,
\nand completed post-master’s training
\nin family health at Russell Sage College, all in
\nNew York state. Before joining the practice,
\nshe worked at Irongate Family Practice in
