Performance Industrial (formerly
\nAmericlean), an industrial cleaning and painting
\ncontractor, announced the purchase of Key
\nFlooring Systems, (previously known as Key
\nEquipment) located at 25 Walker Way in Albany.<\/p>\n
Key Flooring has been providing resinous and
\nepoxy flooring systems in the region for almost
\n40 years under the ownership of Michael and
\nSuzanne Kilcullen and has frequently served
\nas a sub-contractor to Performance Industrial.
\nPerformance Industrial will continue to operate
\nthe Albany location as a satellite office.<\/p>\n
Performance Industrial officials said the
\ncompany will offer the full scope of customized
\nepoxy flooring options Key Flooring has
\nprovided in both new and existing facilities;
\nincluding, warehouses and manufacturing spaces,
\ncommercial kitchens, laboratories and clean
\nrooms, supermarkets, healthcare facilities, locker
\nrooms and more.<\/p>\n
The addition of the Albany location will also
\nenable Performance Industrial to service its
\nindustrial cleaning and painting customers in
\nAlbany and the surrounding counties quicker
