Healthy Living Market has opened a new
\ncaf\u00c3\u00a9 in downtown Saratoga Springs. Located
\nat 420 Broadway, the caf\u00c3\u00a9 is housed in the
\nWashington Building alongside Northshire
\nBookstore and Saratoga Cycling Studio.<\/p>\n

The caf\u00c3\u00a9 and grocery store was interested in
\nexpanding their brand to downtown Saratoga
\nSprings. They started seeking out locations
\nin 2014.<\/p>\n

“We were interested in expanding,” said
\nBrian Page, sous chef at Healthy Living. “We
\nwanted to get more people in the area interested
\nin our store.”<\/p>\n

“People have been very receptive to the
\nfact that we exist,” said Marta Townsend, an
\nemployee at the caf\u00c3\u00a9. “It’s more convenient for
\nthem to come here, downtown.”<\/p>\n

Many customers are now finding it easier
\nto stop into the Broadway location to pick up
\ntheir favorite cup of coffee or sandwich than
\ntravel to the main Healthy Living supermarket,
\nlocated in Wilton.<\/p>\n

The caf\u00c3\u00a9 offers a pared down menu that is
\nrotated often with customer favorites. Customers
\nwill find breakfast sandwiches, deli
\nsandwiches, freshly made salads, bakery items
\nand pastries, as well as a coffee and juice bar.<\/p>\n

Healthy Living Market is known for catering
\nto many types of diets and food sensitivities.
\nCustomers can find vegan and gluten-free options.
\nOne of Page’s favorite items is the black
\nbean quinoa salad.
\n“We try to diversify everything we do,” said
\nPage.<\/p>\n

The staff believes it is the dedication to
\nhigh-quality ingredients that helps Healthy
\nLiving Market stand out from other options
\nin the area.
\n“Everything is made from scratch with the
\nbest ingredients we can find,” said Townsend.
\n“We try to buy organic when we can.”<\/p>\n

The caf\u00c3\u00a9 is open every day of the week
\nfrom 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information,

Healthy Living Market opened its main store
