Noelle Kahler<\/strong> and
\nJoshua Myers<\/strong> will

\nto originate residential mortgage loan
\nproducts while maximizing customer relationships
\nand enhancing the customer experience.<\/p>\n

Kahler joined BSNB in April 2012 working
\nin the retail lending department. The
\nSchuylerville resident earned her associate
\ndegree from SUNY Adirondack, is a member
\nof the bank’s Customer Service Committee
\nand is active in the community. \"p<\/p>\n

As part of
\nthe BSNB Volunteers in Action program, she
\nhas volunteered with Junior Achievement,
\nRebuilding Together Saratoga County and
\nhas also participated in BSNB’s annual Electronics
\nRecycling and
\nDocument Shredding
\nDay.<\/p>\n

Myers has been
\nwith BSNB since 2010
\nwhen he was hired as
\na customer service
\nrepresentative and
\nwas most recently
\npromoted to mortgage
\noriginator.<\/p>\n

The
\nBallston Spa native earned his bachelor’s
\ndegree from Sage College of Albany.<\/p>\n

An accomplished
\nrunner, Myers has represented

Karen Charbonneau<\/strong> has joined the Miranda
\nReal Estate Group based in Clifton
\nPark. Charbonneau brings 21 years of experience.

She is past president of Saratoga BNI. Her real estate career began in 1994 where she
\nsold homes throughout New England and
\nworked her way to broker while creating her
\nown real estate company. She also created a
\nhome renovation and rehab business that
\nemployed three construction crews.<\/p>\n

Charbonneau is a U.S. Army veteran and
\ngraduated from UMass-Amherst with a
\nbachelor of science in computer science and
\nbusiness.<\/p>\n

Spilman, of Queensbury, will oversee the

He spent the last 12 years working for the
\nTurf Hotel Corp. as general manager of the
\nHoliday Inn Resort in Lake George. Prior
\nto that, he was the director of sales at the
\nQueensbury Hotel in Glens Falls.

Stuart Marc de

McPhillips Insurance Agency appointed
\nAnthony Metivier<\/strong> as an account executive
\nfor Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties.
\nMetivier will focus on developing new
\nbusiness and meeting the insurance needs

He joins the agency with more than 20
\nyears of experience in insurance and business
\ndevelopment, including most recently
\nfor Safeco Insurance, a Liberty Mutual Co.
\nHe has a bachelor’s degree in economics
\nand finance from Bentley University.<\/p>\n

\nQueensbury Town Council and is president

The Law Firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus
\n& Williams PC announced that Hunter
\nD. Raines<\/strong> has joined the firm as an associate,
\nworking in its corporate law, commercial
\nreal estate, federal and state taxation,
\nbanking and thrifts, and nonprofit organization
\npractice areas.<\/p>\n

Raines provides counsel to clients in connection
\nthe formation and operation of corporations
\nand limited liability companies,
\nmergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale
\nof businesses, commercial real estate and
\nleasing transactions, and commercial lending
\ntransactions. He also assists nonprofit
\norganizations on issues of formation, federal
\nand state tax exemption, and general
\noperational concerns.<\/p>\n

Raines was previously employed at a
\ndownstate law firm where he represented
\nentities in merger and acquisition transactions,
\ncommercial real estate lending transactions,
\nand in the preparation of commercial
\nentity organizational documents and
\nagreements. He further assisted with the
\nprosecution of real estate foreclosure actions,
\nand assisted in matters related to federal
\nand state income tax issues.<\/p>\n

Raines was also previously employed as
\nthe senior attorney to the deputy commissioner
\nof higher education at the state Education
\nDepartment. He regularly led negotiations
\nof complex contracts and master service
\nagreements with vendors, advised
\ndepartment management on program compliance
\nmatters and best practices, as well as
\nprovided counsel on education issues.<\/p>\n

Raines graduated Albany Law School of
\nUnion University in 2012, where he served
\nas senior editor for the Albany Government
\nLaw Review. He received his B.A. in political
\nscience from the University of Tennessee in
