Brick House Pizza and Grille moved to 54 Clifton Country Road in Clifton Park, re-opening in
\nOctober with an upgraded menu and improved customer service.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Brick House Pizza and Grille has moved to
\na new location at 54 Clifton Country Road in
\nClifton Park.<\/p>\n

The restaurant, previously located at 5 Clifton
\nCountry Road, re-opened with an upgraded
\nmenu and customer service. The restaurant
\nopened in its new location in October.<\/p>\n

“Brick House is very different now,” said
\nmanager Erika Schreifels. “We needed a fresh
\nstart.”<\/p>\n

The eatery needed several improvements,
\nsaid Schreifels, which was the motivation
\nbehind seeking out a new location.<\/p>\n

“Our parking at the old location was horrible.
\nEven at 5 p.m., our customers couldn’t
\nfind parking.”<\/p>\n

The new facility has a larger parking lot,
\nand has an indoor capacity of 200 people.
\nThere is a large bar area which seats 21 people.
\nThe bar features 14 drafts on tap, as well as a
\nlarge television wall. There are also two large
\nseating areas, which have a family-oriented
\natmosphere.<\/p>\n

The restaurant also has an outside dining
\narea with a bar, deck and patio that will be
\nused extensively in the summer.<\/p>\n

The menu was completely revamped,
\nSchreifels said. At the previous location, the
\nfocus was on selling dinner entr\u00e9es. The new
\napproach features a more pub-style menu,
\nincluding burgers, appetizers and more. The
\nstaff tested several new dishes and had people
\nchoose their favorites to put on the new menu.<\/p>\n

“One of the new dishes is our eggplant
\nparmesan stack,” said Schreifels. “We coat
\nthe eggplant in panko bread crumbs with a
\nhousemade sauce. We sell 50 of those a week.
\nAnd many people are ordering our appetizers
\nas an entr\u00e9e. So they will order the eggplant
\nstack with some pasta and that is their meal.”<\/p>\n

Schreifels said one of her favorite menu
\nitems is a sandwich named the Sweet Ana,
\nafter her daughter. It is a turkey sandwich with
\napples and cranberry mayonnaise. She also is a
\nbig fan of their chicken wings. “Our wings are
\nout of this world.”<\/p>\n

John Lee and Chuck Brady are the head
\nchefs. The restaurant will be hosting bands
\nthroughout the winter, as well as featuring
\nvarious specials on the menu.<\/p>\n

Schreifels has bachelor’s degree in marketing
\nand management and worked at the previous
\nlocation.<\/p>\n

Brick House Pizza and Grille is open from 3
\np.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Wednesday;
\nnoon to 12 a.m. Thursday through Saturday;
\nand noon to 11 p.m. on Sunday. For more
