Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU)
\nmanagement, staff, and volunteers were joined
\nby local and regional dignitaries for the ceremonial
\nribbon cutting of its new Corinth branch, located at
\n312 Palmer Ave. in September.<\/p>\n
The new building was designed and built by F.
\nH. Alexander of Ballston Lake, and replaces the
\ncredit union’s original office, built in 1963. Members
\nof the credit union were asked to submit their ideas
\nfor the building during its design stage. As a result,
\nthe new office features: a redesigned traffic pattern,
\na multi-lane drive-thru with dedicated ATM lane,
\nadditional office space and a pleasant waiting area
\nto better serve their members, officials said.<\/p>\n
The new building represents the second significant
\nHRCCU construction project completed
\nin Corinth since 2013.<\/p>\n
In attendance were Assemblyman Dan Stec,
\nCorinth Mayor Dennis Morreale, and Corinth
\nTown Supervisor Richard Lucia as well as representatives
\nfrom the offices of U.S. Congresswoman
\nElise Stefanik and state Sen. Hugh Farley. The
\nSaratoga Economic Development Corporation and
\nthe Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce
\nwere also represented.<\/p>\n
HRCCU is a nonprofit financial cooperative
\nowned and governed by its members. Anyone
\nwho lives, works, worships, attends school or
\nbusinesses and other legal entities located in
\nWarren, Washington, Saratoga and Rensselaer
\ncounties or in Cohoes, Watervliet or Green Island,
\nand their family members are eligible to join.
\nHRCCU has five branches located in Cohoes,
\nCorinth, Glens Falls, Hudson Falls and Troy. For
