He will lead the sales organization<br \/>\nas well as assist in the development of<br \/>\nmarketing strategies and sales campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Stored Technology Solutions Inc. (StoredTech)<br \/>\nannounced that <strong>Doug Gillson<\/strong>, an industry veteran,<br \/>\nwas appointed as new vice president of infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Gillson will lead StoredTech&#8217;s expanding Telecom<br \/>\nDivision, which includes products and services<br \/>\nrelated to voice, physical security systems,<br \/>\naccess control systems and video surveillance<br \/>\nsystems and services.<\/p>\n<p>Gillson has been in the industry for over 30<br \/>\nyears, having co-founded Tech II Business Services<br \/>\nin Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>Debbie Verni<\/strong>, a partner in the Herzog Law<br \/>\nFirm PC, was elected president of Soroptimist International<br \/>\nof Saratoga County.<\/p>\n<p>Soroptimist International is a global volunteer<br \/>\nmovement working to transform the lives of<br \/>\nwomen and children through programs leading to<br \/>\nsocial and economic empowerment. Soroptimist<br \/>\nInternational of Saratoga County provides more<br \/>\nthan $20,000 in awards and grants to improve the<br \/>\nlives of women and girls both locally and globally<br \/>\neach year.<\/p>\n<p>Two major fundraisers, Cabin Fever and Secret<br \/>\nGarden, are held each year. Cabin Fever will be<br \/>\nheld on Jan. 2 at Saratoga National Golf Club with<br \/>\nkey note speaker Anna Therese Day, independent<br \/>\njournalist and social media researcher, who will<br \/>\ndiscuss global civil society organizing, new media<br \/>\nactivism, and Middle East politics.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Saratoga Casino and Raceway announced that<br \/>\n<strong>Corinna Milazzo<\/strong> has joined the team as director<br \/>\nof hotel operations.<\/p>\n<p>Milazzo will oversee the sales, front desk,<br \/>\nhousekeeping, laundry and night audit for<br \/>\nSaratoga Casino and Raceway&#8217;s new hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Corinna brings experience from more than<br \/>\n15 years in the hospitality industry.
