The 16th annual Artisans Market at Brookside
\nMuseum in Ballston Spa will run through
\nDec. 23.<\/p>\n
The market is open Tuesday through Friday
\nfrom 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from
\n11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening hours will be announced
\nin December.<\/p>\n
The Artisans Market features handmade
\nitems from Leanna’s Designs, Saratoga Notecards,
\nSundae’s Best Hot Fudge, Cobble
\nHill Farms Apothecary, Adam Cielinski
\nwoodworking, Studio in the Pines, Mohawk
\nEnterprises, Marilyn Rose Photography, DEG
\nphotography, Precious Creations, Saratoga Inspirations,
\nJo Mowrey, American Catnip, Beth
\nPage Designs, Home Studio, Gabriella Vardai-
\nDavidson jewelry design, Stoney Meadows
\nFarm, and Hoosick Hickory.<\/p>\n
“I am thrilled with the variety of merchandise
\nand crafters we have represented,” Gayle
\nKing, museum executive director. “The market
\nis a great opportunity to complete holiday
\nshopping and benefit the Saratoga Historical
\nSociety.”<\/p>\n
\nJewelry, note cards, prints, photography,
\nrustic lighting, hot fudge, wood cutting boards
\nand bowls, soaps, lotions, lip balm, ornaments,
\noak banks, fishing rod holders, honey, candles,
\nmaple syrup, seasoning rubs, fresh catnip and
\ncat items, key chains, textiles, knitted and
\ncrocheted items are just among the crafts
\nrepresented.<\/p>\n
As home of the Saratoga County Historical
\nSociety, Brookside Museum, 6 Charlton
\nSt., Ballston Spa, promotes a deeper understanding,
\nappreciation, and enjoyment of
\nSaratoga County's past for people of all ages,
\nbackgrounds, and levels of interest through
\neducational programs, innovative exhibits,
\nambitious web programming, personal experiences,
\nand enduring relationships.<\/p>\n

Twelve local artists have also gathered together
\nto host "Gifted", a holiday gift boutique,
\nat The Shops of Malta on Kendall Way, Dec.
\n12-13 and Dec. 19-20.<\/p>\n
The boutique will feature handmade and
\noriginal works of art including: fiber arts and
\ntextiles, flame worked glass and silver jewelry,
\nuniquely designed handbags, watercolor, oil,
\nacrylic and encaustic paintings, hand made
\ncards, sculpture & pottery.<\/p>\n
Participating artists are Susan Beadle, Carrie
\nCass, Rhea Love Doran, Fritelli&Lockwood,
\nFred Holman, Michelle La Londe, Joy Mc-
\nCoola, Nancy Miller, Laura Neadle, Anastasia
\nNute, Dolores Thomson, and Kay Zwirn.<\/p>\n
The boutique is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.,

An Opening Reception will be held Sunday
