Besides a range<br \/>\nof activities, participants will also be able to<br \/>\nfind a time to chat with health and wellness<br \/>\nexperts one-on-one.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration is encouraged at<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.saratoga.org\/pages\/healthy-saratoga\">www.saratoga.org\/pages\/healthy-saratoga<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nThe events include:<\/p>\n<p>Healthy &amp; Happy, 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan.<br \/>\n19, at the Saratoga City Tavern.<\/p>\n<p>Health &amp; Wellness Expo in Clifton Park,<br \/>\n5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, at the Clifton<br \/>\nPark-Halfmoon EMS.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy Activities Circuit, in The Washington,<br \/>\non Broadway, in Saratoga Springs,<br \/>\nhosted by Saratoga Cycling Studio, 5-7:30 p.m.<br \/>\nWednesday, Jan. 20.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy Food, Wine and Yoga, Cornell<br \/>\nCooperative Extension, Ballston Spa, 5-7:30<br \/>\np.m. Thursday, Jan. 21.<\/p>\n<p>Freebie &amp; Discount Friday, where people<br \/>\ncan get free passes and discounts on health<br \/>\nand wellness related classes and products<br \/>\nfrom 10 participating businesses. That is why<br \/>\nwe are again hosting a Health and Wellness<br \/>\nWeek in January as our 30-plus participating<br \/>\nhealth and wellness experts look to share<br \/>\ntheir expertise and to help those who attend<br \/>\nany of these free events.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Health and Wellness Week is one of<br \/>\nfour signature events the Saratoga County<br \/>\nChamber of Commerce will run in 2016<br \/>\nto encourage and help people living and<br \/>\nworking in Saratoga County to achieve their<br \/>\nhealth and wellness goals. Besides this Health<br \/>\n&amp; Wellness Week, the Chamber will host a<br \/>\n#HealthySaratoga HORSE Basketball Tournament<br \/>\nin March; a month-long celebration of<br \/>\nEmployee Wellness in June;
