Comfort Inn and Suites at 7 Northside Drive in Clifton Park now has a restaurant offering
\nbreakfast, lunch and dinner. The space is also available for weddings, shower and business events.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Clifton Park
\nnow has a full-service restaurant and banquet
\nfacility for customers.<\/p>\n

After several construction delays, the
\nAmerican Bistro is now open for business at
\nthe hotel.<\/p>\n

The grand opening was scheduled for Jan.
\n11.<\/p>\n

Restaurant owner Frank Ciaccio comes to
\nthe hotel with 12 years of training restaurant
\nmanagers with the Cheesecake Factory. Ciaccio
\nsaid he trained at eight different locations and
\nis ready for both the change and the challenge
\nof opening a new restaurant.<\/p>\n

He will have between 30 to 35 people on
\nstaff.<\/p>\n


\n"I am excited about the restaurant itself and
\nall that we will have to offer. From breakfast to
\ndinner, to our bar. It really has all the bells and
\nwhistles," said Ciaccio.<\/p>\n

The bistro will be open at 6 a.m. for breakfast,
\nwith the bar then open from lunch through
\ndinner.<\/p>\n

The restaurant can hold up to 100 people,
\nand the banquet facility has a 240 person
\ncapacity.<\/p>\n

"The banquet facility will allow the hotel to
\nbe a prime location for weddings," said Ciaccio.
\nIt can also host banquets, showers and work
\nfunctions.<\/p>\n

Ciaccio said the restaurant is different from
\nmost others located in hotels because it has a
\nunique menu with an authentic flair. He said from
\nthe combination of the bar "mixologist," craft
\nbeers and vast wine selection, both the bar and the
\nkitchen will offer something new and different.<\/p>\n

The menu includes everything American, from
\nseafood to pot pies to favorites such as pork chops,
\nsteaks, oysters and pastas.<\/p>\n

"We consider it to be upscale casual, with
\nsomething for everyone," said Ciaccio.<\/p>\n

The hotel is located at 7 Northside Drive in
