Staying on top of payroll can<br \/>\nbe a time-consuming and stressful process, especially<br \/>\nwhen relying on outdated payroll methods<br \/>\nto get the job done. With the multiple of IRS and<br \/>\nstate penalties looming over every business, and<br \/>\ngreat employees anxiously waiting for payday, it&#8217;s<br \/>\nbest to adopt the most efficient payroll tools and<br \/>\nresources at an organization.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid unnecessary payroll-induced headaches,<br \/>\nfor employers and employees alike, here<br \/>\nare a few suggestions to help improve efficiencies<br \/>\nin your payroll process.<\/p>\n<p>1. These solutions provide a streamlined,<br \/>\ninexpensive solution that can be customized to a<br \/>\nbusiness owners particular needs. Implementing<br \/>\ntime-tracking applications can help employees<br \/>\nbetter manage their schedules, as well as ensure<br \/>\nthat time sheets are accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n<p>3.
