The second floor will have<br \/>\nartisans such as painters, photographers, wood<br \/>\ncrafters, sculptors, jewelers, botanical artists,<br \/>\nand wine and spirits makers selling their work.<br \/>\nAlso on display will be artwork from Saratoga<br \/>\nSprings High School students.<\/p>\n<p>The Home &amp; Lifestyle event features 120<br \/>\nregional exhibitors showcasing a wide range<br \/>\nof home improvement services, d\u00e9cor and<br \/>\nfurnishings, energy-saving products, outdoor<br \/>\nliving and landscaping, family recreation, and<br \/>\nlifestyle products and services, as well as prizes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIn addition to exhibits, the show will feature<br \/>\nspecial events and activities including<br \/>\na Saratoga Springs Police Department child<br \/>\nsafety booth issuing ID cards; kids activities<br \/>\nwith balloons and face painting (Sunday, noon-<br \/>\n3 p.m.); hourly prize drawings throughout the<br \/>\nevent; cooking demonstrations by Forno Bistro<br \/>\n(Saturday at noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.); and pet<br \/>\nadoption with H.O.P.E. (Saturday 3:30-6:30<br \/>\np.m.).<\/p>\n<p>The club said it expects to raise close to<br \/>\n$100,000 from the event, with proceeds being<br \/>\ndistributed to community organizations, youth<br \/>\nscholarships, and international humanitarian<br \/>\nprojects.<\/p>\n<p>The Rotary booth on the main floor will have<br \/>\ninformation about the club&#039;s scholarship and<br \/>\ncharitable donation programs.<\/p>\n<p>High school seniors attending Saratoga<br \/>\nSprings High School, Saratoga Catholic High<br \/>\nSchool and the Waldorf School are eligible to<br \/>\napply for scholarships, with applications due by<br \/>\nApril 15. The club&#039;s charitable giving programs<br \/>\ninclude monthly contributions of under $5,000<br \/>\nto numerous non-profits as well as an annual<br \/>\nmajor gift of $5,000 or more, with applications<br \/>\nfor major gifts due by April 1 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Other sponsors include Allerdice ACE<br \/>\nBuilding Supply (door prizes); Phillips Home<br \/>\nSolutions (major prize); Granite &amp; Marble<br \/>\nWorks (supporting sponsor); <em>The Saratogian<\/em><br \/>\n(advertising); <em>Saratoga Today<\/em> (magazine), and<br \/>\nEdward Jones Financial (exhibitor hospitality).<\/p>\n<p>The show will be open Friday, February 26,<br \/>\n5-9 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 27, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and<br \/>\nSunday, Feb. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>More information at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rotaryhomeshow.com\">www.rotaryhomeshow.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> Spectators browse booths at last year&apos;s Saratoga Home &amp; Lifestyle Show.
