In less than a year since transforming from
\na franchise office into an independent brokerage,
\nSaratoga Springs-based Equitas Realty is
\nexpanding to Glens Falls.<\/p>\n
The new office, opening in mid-August,
\nwill be its second location. It is located in the
\nRogers Building at 21 Bay St.
\nThe brokerage and its agents have been
\nserving the Glens Falls market since 2008 out
\nof its Saratoga Springs office.<\/p>\n
Janet Besheer, broker\/owner of Equitas
\nRealty, said the new Glens Falls office presence
\nreflects the brokerage’s recognition of
\nthe exciting renaissance and growth of the
\nGlens Falls market.<\/p>\n
“We couldn’t be more excited about the
\ndevelopments in and around Glens Falls,” she
\nsaid. “Developers like Glen Street Associates
