\nDr. H. Fletcher Starnes Jr.<\/b> of Saratoga
\nSurgical Specialists has joined Albany Medical
\nCenter’s Department of Surgery.<\/p>\n

Starnes has practiced in Saratoga County for
\n20 years, providing surgical expertise in general,
\nbreast, thyroid, and gall bladder surgery as well
\nas treating skin cancers. He also specializes in
\nadvanced laparoscopic surgery, focused ultrasound
\nbreast and thyroid surgery as well as needle
\nsurgery with ultrasound.<\/p>\n

Board certified with the American Board of
\nSurgery, Starnes completed fellowship training
\nin surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering
\nCancer Center in New York City and served
\nhis residency in general surgery at Brigham and
\nWoman’s Hospital, Harvard University, in Boston.
