Step off time is 6:30 p.m.,<br \/>\nproceeding on Milton Avenue and ending in<br \/>\nWiswall Park on Front Street with Santa lighting<br \/>\nthe Christmas tree.<\/p>\n<p>The parade has become a hometown-style<br \/>\nholiday tradition, with fire trucks, floats, animals,<br \/>\nkids and Santa parading down the main<br \/>\nstreet of the village. Officials said parade<br \/>\nparticipants are welcome and those who would<br \/>\nlike to take part in the parade can contact Ellen<br \/>\nMottola at the BSBPA office 885-2772 or &#x69;&#x6e;&#x66;&#111;&#64;&#98;al&#x6c;&#x73;&#x74;&#x6f;&#110;&#46;or&#x67;.<\/p>\n<p>Before and after the parade, there will be carolers and musicians on the street corners and many village shops and restaurants will be open with music, demonstrations and displays as part of First Friday, which also falls on this festive evening.<\/p>\n<p>BSBPA encourages all Ballston Spa businesses, churches, schools and community groups who have holiday-themed events or activities happening between those dates to contact the organization with a description, date and time of the event to be included in a holiday schedule of events which will be posted on the BSBPA website, Facebook page and made available throughout the community.
