Her responsibilities

\nrelations, coordinating special events, charitable
\ngiving and business development. She
\njoins the firm with over eight years experience
\nin the development world.<\/p>\n

Baecker has a bachelor of arts in Theatre
\nfrom Russell Sage College and a master of
\nscience in organizational management from
\nThe Sage Colleges. A 2012 graduate of the
\nRensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce
\nleadership institute, she has been a
\nboard member and program committee chairwoman
\nfor Public Relations Society of America
\n(PRSA) and Program Committee member for
\nWomen in Development (WiD) and co-chaired
\nthe 2012 PRSA Northeast District Conference,
\nheld in Troy.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

She is also a member of the
\nRensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s
\nAmbassador Committee and teaches
\nWomen Changing the World, a service learning
\ncourse for juniors and seniors at Russell Sage

A team led by Garrett Dawson<\/strong>, a Saratoga
\nNational Bank and Trust Co. employee, raised
\nnearly $4,000 for the leukemia and lymphoma
\nSociety as part of the recent Light the Night
\nWalk in Albany.<\/p>\n

Dawson, a leukemia survivor, and his teammates
\nhosted a bake sale, barbecue and an evening
\nat 16 Handles in Clifton Park to raise funds
\nfor the nonprofit organization. Other Saratoga
\nNational Bank employees participated in the
\nlight the Night Walk to show their support, including
\nMadison Ives<\/strong> and Dawn Cottrell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Light The Night raises money for treatments
\nthat help save the lives of leukemia and lymphoma
\npatients.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nHeather Rivenburg<\/strong> of Saratoga Springs was named marketing and community relations coordinator for Saratoga Hospital.<\/p>\n

Previously, she was client liaison and practice coordinator for the hospital’s Corporate Health Services, responsible for business and client development. Rivenburg has extensive marketing experience. Past positions include vice president of marketing and administration at Jon S. Frank & Associates, senior marketing manager at Hanley Wood publications, and advertising accounts manager at The Washington Post, all in the Washington, D.C., area.<\/p>\n

She also was a career firefighter and emergency medical technician for Anne Arundel County, Md. Rivenburg has a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and film from Boston University.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Dr. Robert Donnarumma<\/strong>, emergency
\nmedicine, received his medical degree from
\nNew York Medical College and completed
\nan internship and residency at Buffalo General
\nHospital. Donnarumma is in practice with
\nSaratoga Emergency Physicians, which provides
\nmedical coverage at Saratoga Hospital’s
\nAlfred Z. Solomon Emergency Center.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jeremy Morgan Eager<\/strong>, anesthesiology,
\nreceived his medical degree from Uniformed
\nServices University of Health Sciences.
\nHe completed an internship at William Beaumont
\nArmy Medical Center and a residency at
\nBrooke Army Medical Center, both in Texas. He is board certified in anesthesiology and in
\npractice at Anesthesia Group of Albany, which
\nprovides anesthesiology services at Saratoga
\nHospital and its Saratoga Surgery Center.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jeffrey Louis Hedden<\/strong>, physical
\nmedicine, received his medical degree
\nfrom SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. He
\ncompleted an internship and a residency at
\nAlbany Medical Center. Hedden is in practice
\nat Adirondack Rehabilitation Medicine in
\nQueensbury.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jordan T. Mazur<\/strong>, anesthesiology,
\nreceived his medical degree from University
\nof Minnesota Medical School and completed
\nan internship and a residency at University of
\nMaryland Medical Center. Mazur is in practice
\nat Anesthesia Group of Albany, which provides
\nanesthesiology services at Saratoga Hospital
\nand its Saratoga Surgery Center.<\/p>\n

Dr. John P. Rowlands<\/strong>, anesthesiology,
\nreceived his medical degree from Jefferson Medical
\nCollege in Philadelphia. He completed an
\ninternship and a residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock
\nMedical Center, Lebanon, N.H. Rowlands is
\nin practice at Anesthesia Group of Albany, which
\nprovides anesthesiology services to Saratoga
\nHospital and its Saratoga Surgery Center.\n<\/div>\n

Fingerpaint Marketing hired Elizabeth
\nSchlegel<\/strong> for its finance team, Leo Parker<\/strong>
\nfor its studio services team, and Ashley Previte<\/strong>
\nfor its editorial team.<\/p>\n

Schlegel comes from Mohawk Golf Club
\nwhere, as staff accountant, she managed
\npayroll, legal paperwork and general ledger
\naccounts and prepared month-end reports. She
\nalso has work experience with Tice, Brunell &
\nCo. CPAs, where she prepared individual, estate
\nand corporate tax returns. At Fingerpaint,
\nSchlegel will manage accounts payable and
\nthe general ledger and assist the finance team
\nwith daily operations.<\/p>\n

She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting
\nfrom Siena College.<\/p>\n

Parker brings to Fingerpaint more than 20
\nyears of experience in the digital imaging and
\ncontent marketing industries. He has a background
\nin digital archiving management systems,
\nimage manipulation and color theory. As
\nproduction technology specialist at McMurry\/
\nTMG, Parker gained knowledge of content
\nmanagement systems, photo retouching and
\ncolor alteration.<\/p>\n

At Quad\/Graphics, he was production lead
\nand imaging specialist. Parker has an associate’s
\ndegree in business administration from
\nSUNY Cobleskill and a bachelor’s degree in
\npublic\/private management from the SUNY
\nInstitute of Technology at Utica\/Rome.<\/p>\n

\nearnings expert Johanne Floser<\/strong> has joined
\nthe company as client manager. She is a certified
\nvaluation analyst (CVA) and a certified
\nbusiness appraiser (CBA).<\/p>\n

Floser has over 19 years of valuation and
\nrelated experience. Before joining TBC, Floser
\nspent 14 years with a regional accounting
\nfirm, serving as a senior manager for the last
\nsix years. In addition, she has worked with a
\nwide range of privately-held commercial and
\nprofessional clients and has authored numerous
\nvaluation articles.<\/p>\n

Floser earned a bachelor of science degree
\nin accounting from the College of St. Rose.
\nShe has completed numerous qualified continuing

\nconcentration in the disciplines of valuation

\nwhere he served as
\nvice president of medical

His medical career
\nincludes 15 years as a general surgeon on
\nLong Island. For the last five of those years,
\nhe was chairman of the Department of Surgery

Falivena has a bachelor’s degree from Alfred
\nUniversity in New York, a doctor of osteopathic
