Himpele joined BSNB in 2015 as a credit analyst I. He received a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration from SUNY Potsdam and a master of business administration in innovation and new venture management from Clarkson University.<\/p>\n

Franklin Community Center hired Stephany Deuel<\/b> to the Project Lift team as a family outreach educator.<\/p>\n
Deuel will work primarily with Geyser Road and Greenfield elementary schools.<\/p>\n
She grew up in Stillwater and graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology. Most recently Deuel worked for a Schenectady nonprofit organization which provided services and case management for adults with mental illness.<\/p>\n
In addition to her role at Franklin Community Center, she coaches cheerleading for Stillwater High School.<\/p>\n

Hahn has eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining NBT Bank, she managed Key Bank\u2019s Colonie Office in Albany. Previous experience in the Albany area includes positions in management and customer service at TD Bank, First New York Federal Credit Union and Citizens Bank.<\/p>\n

Shelters of Saratoga announced the addition of two new members to its board of directors, Sister Charla Commins<\/b>, C.S.J., LCSW-R and Tony Mangano<\/b>, MSW.<\/p>\n

Commins has served as the executive director of Catholic Charities of Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties since 1995. She has an extensive history of involvement in numerous local nonprofit organizations, including Wellspring, Community Hospice, Saratoga Springs Housing Authority, Saratoga Affordable Housing Group Inc., Saratoga County Committee on Runaway and Homeless Youth, and Saratoga County Department of Social Services Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n
Mangano retired from Saratoga County Mental Health Center in 2002 after working for the agency for 30 years, the last 20 as the assistant director. He has volunteered for various local organizations, including\u00a0 Saratoga Center for the Family, Saratoga Springs Lions Club and Bicycles for Humanity. In addition to serving in an advisory capacity, he has also served as a Code Blue Saratoga shelter volunteer for the past several winters.<\/p>\n

Healy is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the three stores serving customers throughout Saratoga and Warren counties in Upstate New York.<\/p>\n
Healy has 22 years of retail banking experience. She joined TD Bank in 2010 and most recently served as assistant vice president, store manager at 99 Main St. in South Glens Falls. She is a member of BNI\u2019s Triple Crown Referrals Chapter.<\/p>\n
Healy serves as an ambassador of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute in Utica and the University of Phoenix. Healy graduated from South Glens Falls High School.<\/p>\n
