The bistro is also a carrier of cold-pressed juices and wellness shots from Saratoga Juice Bar. It will also carry French macarons from TC Paris in Saratoga Springs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There will also be panini sandwiches and a light menu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The bistro will be open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe are thrilled with the concept and creation of Blue Peacock Bistro,\u201d said Susanne Simpson, general manager of Pavilion Grand Hotel. \u201cIt has become a favorite cozy spot for its customers to enjoy a special coffee with a friend or a wonderful conversation with wine and cheese.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Pavilion Grand Hotel is the flagship property under the umbrella of Prime Companies, a real estate and hospitality firm that owns and operates six luxury Capital Region apartment complexes, five hotels, four residential subdivisions and numerous office and retail buildings. Pavilion<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Also located at Pavilion Square is Fish At 30 Lake, an on-site seafood concept restaurant operated by Mazzone Hospitality.
