The client wears loose clothing and lies on a floor mat and the therapist gently administers stretches and range of motion techniques on the whole body. It\u2019s useful for athletes, helps those with back and hip pain, and fine for pregnant women as well,\u201d said Nick Pavoldi, owner of Bodywork Professionals. \u201cTeenagers and college students\u2014with their heavy school backpacks and tight necks and shoulders from frequent use of technology\u2014can also benefit.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><!--more-->\u201cA full Thai yoga massage session is usually 60 to 90 minutes,\u201d said Morris. \u201cIn this shorter session, I will do a range of motion assessment and then focus on a trouble spot. A half-hour appointment allows people to drop in at lunchtime, during afternoon errands, or after work. It\u2019s not a huge time investment.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To schedule an appointment for the Try Thai session, call 557-5514.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bodywork Professionals has provided licensed massage therapy and bodywork services to clients in the Capital Region through its Latham location since 2005.
