Kate Byrne Design, a branding and graphic design studio opened for business in early March at 74 Warren St. in downtown Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n

Byrne specializes in branding materials and identity systems spanning both digital and print mediums, including logo design, business stationery, posters, social media and web design. Her work uses visual narratives aimed at creating powerful first impressions that communicate with audiences instantly and effectively.<\/p>\n

Her studio is co-located with a local print shop, Advantage Press. The partnership allows clients to follow the project development cycle from initial creative concept to final production, and provide input throughout the entire design process, she said.<\/p>\n

A Saratoga native, Byrne worked for several years at Burton Snowboards in Burlington, Vt., before deciding to open a new business in her home town.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a certain energy and excitement in Saratoga, and deep sense of community that I really missed,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s so fun to watch the city grow, and realized I really wanted to be a part of it. When the opportunity to rent space alongside Advantage Press presented itself, I knew it was the perfect opportunity, one that I couldn\u2019t miss.\u201d<\/p>\n

Byrne also specializes in illustration, bridal bouquet portraits, and a wide variety of social correspondence, including wedding invitations, RSVP cards, custom maps, and personal stationery.<\/p>\n
