They will be firing up a smoker to create authentic Memphis-style barbecue, along with the ice cream stand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> \u201cMr. Ed\u2019s was a cherished summer destination for many Saratogians,\u201d said David Delozier.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cThe great barbecue, the outdoor dining, and the ice cream\u2014it\u2019s all here again for everyone to enjoy this summer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A red and white dining canopy will offer a place for customers to eat burgers or barbecue, he said.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The three-acre site has ample parking, and the large lawn can accommodate overflow. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He said Ollie\u2019s has set aside Tuesday night for classic cars cruise-in events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><!--more-->Prior to starting Ollie\u2019s adventure, Delozier ran the kitchen at Moby Rick\u2019s Seafood on Lake Avenue in Saratoga Springs and was also one of the fishmongers for Pura Vida at area farmers markets. He said he\u2019s added some fried fish items to the menu and salmon to the smoker menu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">He said they will incorporate local products whenever available and within budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe are blessed with some of the best food producers in the country, right here within the Saratoga region,\u201d says Delozier. \u201cWe want to showcase that quality and flavor in as many things as we can.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ollie\u2019s Grill-n-Chill will be open daily. They will also cater events and parties, either on-site or at other venues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Its website is olliesgrillnchill.com.
