{"id":29977,"date":"2017-08-03T13:23:59","date_gmt":"2017-08-03T17:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saratoga.com\/saratogabusinessjournal\/?p=29977"},"modified":"2017-08-03T13:23:59","modified_gmt":"2017-08-03T17:23:59","slug":"showcase-homes-will-feature-14-builders-18-new-homes-three-weekends-fall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saratoga.com\/saratogabusinessjournal\/2017\/08\/showcase-homes-will-feature-14-builders-18-new-homes-three-weekends-fall\/","title":{"rendered":"Showcase Of Homes Will Feature 14 Builders, 18 New Homes During Three Weekends This Fall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Committee announced its line-up of 14 builders participating in the annual new home tour event. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Celebrating 22 years of exceptional homes, the event will take place on the weekends of Sept. 16-17, Sept. 23-24 and Sept. 30-Oct. 1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The final lineup of builders in this year\u2019s event are:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Abele Builders, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio Construction, Herbinger Homes, Heritage Custom Builders, La Femme Home Builders, Marini Homes, McPadden Builders, Pigliavento Builders, R.J. Taylor Builders, Saratoga Builders, Whitbeck Construction and Witt Construction. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There will be a total of 18 new home locations on display in Saratoga County. Tickets to visit all these home are $20.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Early-bird tickets are available online and anyone purchasing tickets by Sept. 1 will automatically be entered in a special drawing for a one-night stay at the Saratoga Casino Hotel, dinner for two at Morton\u2019s Steakhouse ($200 gift certificate) and $100 spending cash. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> <!--more-->Tickets will also be available in mid-August at Adirondack Trust, Saratoga National Bank &amp; Trustco Bank locations; Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa and Queensbury; Realty USA in Clifton Park; Bonacio Construction and Roohan Realty in Saratoga Springs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tickets will always be conveniently available at any showcase home during tour hours of 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Again this year, each showcase ticket holder will receive a free shoe\/tote bag at the first home visited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Over the past 21 years, the event has contributed over $1 million to two local charities. Proceeds from the Showcase of Homes benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
