The Saratoga Builders Association raised\u00a0 $75,000 from the 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes to Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.<\/p>\n

The association said it is the highest amount raised since 2011 when the donation amount was the same. The Saratoga Builders Association has now contributed over $1.1 million dollars to local charities from the event.<\/p>\n

The Saratoga Showcase of Homes concluded its 22nd year in October, with 14 award-winning builders presenting 18 homes. This year\u2019s tour had nearly 4,000 visitors touring the new homes on display over three weekends.<\/p>\n

The 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d award winners were also announced.<\/p>\n

McPadden Builders won in the Classic Home category, Marini Homes in the Executive Home category and Bella Home Builders (Cedar Bluff) for the Luxury Home category.<\/p>\n

The Realtor\u2019s Choice award winners were McPadden Builders for the Classic Home category, Abele Builders for the Executive Home category and R J Taylor Builders for the Luxury Home category.<\/p>\n

This annual community event is made possible only with the support of over 75 corporate and media sponsors. All the homes are located throughout Saratoga County.<\/p>\n

The 2018 Saratoga Showcase of Homes dates are set for Sept. 15-16, Sept. 22-23 and Sept. 29-30.<\/p>\n
