He headed the Rubinger Team, made up of family members, at RealtyUSA\/Howard Hanna before opening his own franchise with Re\/Max.<br \/>\nHe said the move to Re\/Max gave him the flexibility to grow a business as an independent owner. He was also attracted by the overall brand recognition of the company and the tools it makes available to its franchisees. <!--more--><br \/>\nBruno\u2019s company has 60 agents and is growing, he said. Most of them came with him from RealtyUSA. He recently added four more. He described it as a full-service company, selling mostly residential property, both new construction and resales, including co-ops, condominiums, and rents as well as single family homes. While the company operates throughout the Capital Region, he said, many of his agents are Saratoga County residents.<br \/>\nDespite growing competition, Bruno\u2019s company sells $50-$60 million worth of real estate a year, some 150 to 175 transactions, he estimated.<br \/>\nDuring his 18 years in the real estate business, Bruno has seen the business gradually become more technology-oriented. Clients have far more information than they used to, he noted, and rely on their real estate agents more as consultants and advisors and look to them for help with more detailed issues.
