\nLawlor joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna\u2019s Real Estate Practice Group, where his practice will focus on affordable housing and housing finance. He has served in many leadership roles in government housing agencies, including Commissioner\/CEO of New York state\u2019s housing agencies, assistant secretary to the governor for Housing, general counsel for the state Housing Trust Fund Corp., and the New Orleans director of housing policy and community development in the administration of Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu.
\nLawlor represents private developers, nonprofit corporations and advises state and local governments across the county in affordable housing and neighborhood development, construction, operation and planning, and in formulating and implementing disaster recovery strategies. He has more than 30 years of senior level experience in planning, designing and implementing revitalization and development programs and developments in urban, rural and suburban communities that have created new housing and businesses while preserving existing housing and businesses.
\nLawlor earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University. He has been an active member in national and state Bar Associations and was the co-founding chairman of the State Bar Association\u2019s Committee on Low Income and Affordable Housing.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kenneth Stein has joined Saratoga Hospital Medical Group \u2013 Occupational Medicine.
\nHe brings more than 30 years of experience to the hospital\u2019s comprehensive occupational medicine program.
\nStein is the second physician to join the Saratoga Hospital team in recent months. Previously, Dr. Michael G. Holland came on board as director of occupational medicine and employee health. Both physicians came to Saratoga Hospital from Glens Falls Hospital Center for Occupational Health, which closed earlier this year.
\nStein earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School). He completed an internship and residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, an affiliate of Brown University. He is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Michael G. Holland has been named medical director of occupational medicine and employee health at Saratoga Hospital and has joined Saratoga Hospital Medical Group \u2013 Occupational Medicine.
\nAlso, Kimberly Leon was named director of specialty practices for the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group.
\nHolland has more than 30 years of experience in occupational and emergency medicine and is an expert in medical toxicology. He was in practice at the Glens Falls Hospital Center for Occupational Health. Early in his career, he was on the medical staff at Saratoga Hospital.
\nIn his new role, Holland oversees a comprehensive occupational medicine program that meets the needs of area businesses and their employees.
\nHe is a clinical professor of emergency medicine, on the faculty of the Medical Toxicology Fellowship Training Program, and a consulting medical toxicologist at the Upstate New York Poison Center, all at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He also is a senior medical toxicologist at the Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health in Little Rock, Arkansas, and has served on the American Industrial Hygiene Association Emergency Response Planning Committee for 14 years.
\nHolland is board certified in occupational medicine and emergency medicine. In addition, he has earned subspecialty board certification in addiction medicine, medical toxicology and undersea and hyperbaric medicine.
\nHe is a fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Academy of Clinical Toxicology, American College of Medical Toxicology and European Association of Poisons Centres and Clinical Toxicologists.
\nA graduate of Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine), Holland completed an internship at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine and a residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey.
\nLeon will assume operational oversight for the medical and surgical specialty practices and will work closely with all members of the medical group\u2019s administrative team.
