He wants to keep keeping things up to date at the restaurant, including not only the menu, but the decor.<br \/>\n\u201cWe came in and changed the carpets, updated everything, and took the unused patio area so that we could extend the bar,\u201d said DeVoe.<br \/>\nPark 30 is one of two of Diamond Club restaurants. The other is located at the Embassy Suites in Saratoga Springs. Both hotels are managed by Veeder Hospitality Management with their food and beverage operations managed by deVoe and executive chef Matt Barton.<br \/>\nDeVoe said with the expansion of the bar, Park 30 will triple the size of the space, allowing for room to have TVs and live music. They have a catering team for group dinners, showers, cocktail receptions, birthday parties and weddings which can be accommodated in the ballroom, which holds up to 250 guests.<br \/>\nSpecials at the bar include half price appetizers and a drink assortment that includes liquors not always available at any restaurant.<br \/>\nAnother thing that sets the restaurant apart, is the mix of guests. He said since they are located inside the hotel, they are seeing a mix of local patrons and people visiting from all over the country.<br \/>\n\u201cWe have people here from everywhere, it is great to see.
